Youth Leadership Programme
“SRIGURU TRUST” had taken a little initiative in the form of conducting a Youth Leadership Program at Jagatpur, Cuttack where a total nos. of 300 participants participated in this meeting and 2 nos. of resource persons were facilitated the programme. Some of the important topics were discussed in the meeting as following:
1. Improvements in communication skills, presentation skills, reflective skills, research skills, team work, confidence and self-awareness for the young people involved.
2. Enhanced support networks including additional friends and ability to access other supports as well as opportunities for facilitators to build relationships with the young people.
3. Enhanced opportunities for community involvement, including positive recognition and appreciation from the young people’s involvement and contribution.
