Learning cultural skill such as singing, dancing, playing instruments etc., is
not only give an opportunity for the children or the community peoples belonging to marginalized sections to bring out their hidden talents but also getting a feeling of equality of others. They are enacting the role in various Gods, Goddesses, kings and queens which were once confined to children or the community people of privileged section.
Also focusing on one of the main aims to promoting the Folk dance and create interest among the community towards culture, “SRIGURU TRUST” had taken interest and conducted a Cultural Program in one of its targeted village where there were different types of talents were performed and one of the main Folk dance of Western Orissa “Ghumura Nrutya” was specially performed in the event. Cultural event is not only a concept of entertainment but also some where its abide us with many principle and discipline of the society.
